The oil lamp gave people light and orientation in the dark.
At eliasearch we use this symbolism in our logo.
As mediators, consultants and guides, we are passionate about

Since the end of 2015 I have been gaining in-depth experience as a headhunter. But I was missing something.
I founded eliasearch with the aim of bringing the right people together and run a value-based company.
